In 2011, Nick was diagnosed with late-stage colon cancer. After surgeries, treatment, and chemotherapy, running became more than competition. It became recovery, resilience, and a way to reconnect with life and community.
What started with a small local 5K eventually grew into hundreds of races, multiple Boston Marathon qualifications, and a deeper passion for helping runners and walkers of all levels move better, stay healthy, and enjoy the sport for a lifetime.
